Email: sydney@tract.net.au Phone: 02 9954 3733 Bachelor of Built Environment - Landscape Architecture Queensland University of Technology Having recently joined the Tract team in December 2007, Carl brings to the practice a well established background in open space and recreation planning and landscape design gained through work within both the local government and private consultancy environments. Carl’s initial grounding in local government has provided him with a broad range of skills and experience in managing, planning and designing projects within Council owned civic spaces, streetscapes, open space and recreation assets. These skills were further specialised in private consultancy environment delivering on a broad range of small to large scale public domain projects encompassing the full spectrum of project management experience from developing strategic planning documents and masterplanning through to the delivery of strategies and plans on the ground through the landscape documentation and construction management phases. Carl’s ability to plan and deliver high quality open space and recreation strategies and facilities is evidenced in his project experience as the Project Landscape Architect on key high profile projects including the Hyde Park Plan of Management & Masterplan, Landcom Open Space Guidelines, Heffron Park Masterplan, Centennial Parklands Plan of Management and Ropes and South Creek Regional Open Space Strategic Management Plan. |
